2024 in view
So, 2024 is wrapping up, and we’re taking a look back at what a year it’s been for us at Infinity Wave. It’s been a whirlwind of progress in facilities management digitalisation, and we’re super grateful to our awesome team, our forward-thinking clients, and our supportive partners who’ve been right there with us.
What we got done in 2024
- Smarter spaces: We rolled out our FOX tech in three existing facilities and one huge new development—their multibillion ringgit project! This means our clients are now making smarter, data-driven decisions about how they run their facilities. It’s all about working smarter, not harder.
- Greener spaces: Implementing FOX has helped our clients cut their projected annual carbon footprint by removing 2,000 kg of CO2—the equivalent of driving 9,000 km! Imagine driving from Johor Bahru; you will end up in Western China. Plus, one of the new facilities is a platinum-certified Green Building (GBI)—talk about a win-win!
- Sharing the Knowledge: We even got to share our insights at the Facilities Management Asia Conference 2024. It was great to talk about how important data is for running sustainable FM operations. We visited multiple universities, participated in their events, and engaged with the academicians and students. It was memorable to participate in events with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM), University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM), and University of Reading Malaysia (UoRM). p/s: We have an ongoing internship and apprenticeship program throughout the year. - Thinking outside the 4 walls: We visited Singapore twice in 2024. The first visit was to AWS Asia Pacific HQ; it was an eye-opening visit. The second was to attend SWITCH 2024, an innovation showcase by the Singapore government. Both visits brought different perspectives to our team.
Team highlights
Taking on legacy systems (and winning!)
One of our biggest wins this year was helping the largest utility company in Malaysia bring their old systems into the digital age. It was a huge undertaking—we’re talking processes that went back to 1975! Our team tackled over 100,000 data points related to FM cost. The result? A process that used to take three days now takes less than an hour. Pretty cool, right?
Team Love (Because They Rock)
We seriously have the best team. They’re always up for a challenge and have been instrumental in developing and implementing FOX. Big shout-out to everyone for their hard work and dedication!
We love seeing our clients and our team achieve the digitalisation and sustainability goals. Our team is a pretty awesome mix—60% women, 30% remote, and 70% Gen Z. They bring so much fresh perspective. And the energy they brought to the room!

Navigating the Challenges
