We made a visit to the University of Southampton Malaysia recently. The visit is one of the efforts to promote our company, as we offer apprenticeships and internship programs.

Any team is as good as its worst performer. Hence, looking for our next talented team member continues.

My ultimate mission is to hire the best talent for each post. However, that ultimate vision is also hindered by the vast limitations and challenges.

I know from previous companies that the impact of every individual can scale to infinite success. To have an eye for actual talent that can deliver magnificent work is not an easy task. Sometimes it can come down to luck itself.

Recently, we had a fruitful visit to the University of Southampton Malaysia School of Computer Science, where we met with the Head of School, Associate Prof. Dr. Sagaya Amalathas, Assistant Prof. Dr. Marwan D. Saleh, and Ms. Seethalakshmi Ramasami.

The objective of our meeting is to kick-start a collaboration. The intention of recruiting for internship programmes, apprenticeships, and our next team member. We are recruiting talented team members to pursue a few exciting projects we have in the pipeline. Our heartfelt thanks to Prof. Sagaya, Dr. Marwan, and Ms. Seetha and the university for their warm hospitality, and we look forward to our collaboration.

Developing a team of technologists that served the built environment industry has always been our priority, as we work on our next generation CMMS that is currently used by facilities management organisations.

If you’re in Johor and would like to work/intern in tech focusing on built environment, please visit our career page to know more about our vacancies!
