A US based manufacturing plant planned to kick start their sustainability programs with energy conservation. An assessment was conducted to determine that the sustainable facility baseline was met and that the programme was having an impact. A systematic data gathering, and data analysis with focus on energy usage, with specific activities that consumed the most energy. The main objective is to start the right fundamental with the right baseline calculations.
